Master in Industrial Mathematics (M2I) - this title is in the process of verification - is a fusion of two official degrees, the Master in Mathematical Engineering, which has been taught at the Universities of Santiago de Compostela, A Coruña and Vigo and Masters in Industrial Mathematics, which has been taught at the University Carlos III of Madrid.

In addition to universities responsible for the two previous degrees, is also involved the Polytechnical University of Madrid, looking all synergies and unify subjects already taught in specific engineering masters with a high mathematical content.

Scientific/Technological interest of M2i is founded in three El interés científico/tecnológico de M2i se apoya en tres pillars:

  • Expand the analytical skills and knowledge of students who will be part of research teams in the future.
  • Provide specific skills relating to the design, construction and management of specific software in at least one of the industrial sectors.
  • Introduce students to the research and development issues related to the subjects that make up this program.

Universities involved in the Master in Industrial Mathematics are:

  • Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
  • Universidad de A Coruña.
  • Universidad de Vigo.
  • Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
  • Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

For degrees under RD 1393/2007, of 29th October, of Ordenación de las Enseñanzas Universitarias, the following profile are recommended:
